Shipping policy

We ship orders using Correos by default. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch times may be longer for custom orders, during public holidays, weekends, or business travel periods. When extended dispatch times apply, a clear notice will be displayed on our website.

Delivery times begin once the order has been dispatched.

  • Spain: 2–5 business days depending on the selected service

  • Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Balearic & Canary Islands: 4–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–12 business days 
  • International: 10–30 business days

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
