And if one day it no longer fits, it can be (re)made again.

Frequently asked questions

Can you (re)make something without having the original piece sent to you?

You sure can. We will just need you to be a bit more hands-on in the process. You will need to collect detailed measurements of the original piece so that we can make the design on our end. This is really important so that we can ensure it fits when you receive the replacement.

Can I return my Plic item?

Yes.

We will always accept the return of any Plic-made item so it can be (re)made into something new.

This is part of our circular system. Nothing ends here.

Will I get a refund?

That depends on the item and the reason for the return.

Standard (non-custom) items

If you change your mind, you have the right to return standard items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with EU consumer law.


  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Once received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Custom (Re)Made Studio items

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and can’t be put back into stock.

For this reason, custom items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind — but they can always be returned to us to be (re)made into something new.

What if my item is faulty?

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer law.

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are the products made?

All of our products are manufactured in our studio in A Coruña, Spain.
